Joss Gillet
Senior Analyst
Joss is responsible for operator forecasting, technology migration and the analysis agenda of the service as a whole. Before Wireless Intelligence, Joss worked at Ovum Ltd and for Motorola's Mobile Devices Division in the UK. He joined Motorola as a product analyst before managing its market intelligence activities in Europe. He holds an MA in International Business from Portsmouth Business School.
Will Croft
Analyst & Data Architect
Will is responsible for operator modeling and forecasting. He also steers the technical direction of the service, responsible for the underlying processes, data architecture and back-end platform. Prior to joining Wireless Intelligence, Will worked for Ovum Ltd. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Bath.
Jon Groves
Analyst
Jon is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Wireless Intelligence and oversees the consistency of operator, MVNO, network and group data. He also manages the operation and output of the data team. He holds a PhD in Environmental Archaeology from Kingston University London and a BSc (Hons) in Geology and Physical Geography from the University of Western Australia.
Calum Dewar
Analyst
Calum is responsible for operator forecasting within the database, focusing on the modeling of connections trends. Prior to Wireless Intelligence, Calum worked for WSP Group and BAA Ltd in the aviation sector. He holds an MSc (Hons) in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and an MEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester.
Matt Ablott
Analyst
Matt is responsible for the weekly Wireless Intelligence Snapshot and is a senior editor for Mobile Business Briefing. He is a specialist in mobile communications technology and prior to Wireless Intelligence, Matt worked in business and financial journalism, including roles at Mobile Communications Europe, Telecoms Markets and Electronic Payments International.
Graham Presland
Business Development Manager
Graham is responsible for Wireless Intelligence relationships with clients and other commercial partners. Prior to joining Wireless Intelligence, Graham worked for Ovum Ltd in a variety of business and product development roles. He holds a BA (Hons) in American Politics, Literature and History from the University of Kent at Canterbury.

Rick Costello
General Manager, Media
Rick has overall responsibility for the media and research services of the GSMA and manages Wireless Intelligence under the commercial umbrella of GSM Media, based in Atlanta, USA. Rick has worked in the mobile industry for 20 years for companies such as Nokia, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone in areas covering marketing strategy, online retailing and device user interface design. He has a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College London.
