What is the Wireless Intelligence Independence Charter?

Independence and integrity are at the heart of Wireless Intelligence's core values. It is very important to us that we behave, and are seen to behave, with complete independence. And above all, our clients need to know that our advice has not been inappropriately influenced by any service provider, vendor or other third party.

Our Independence Charter sets out precisely what Wireless Intelligence means by 'independence', so that our customers can be confident that they are receiving truly independent data, analysis and advice. The Charter sets out the five principles of independent behaviour that are fundamental in our structure and operations and the explicit steps we take to enforce them:

  • Wireless Intelligence does not publicly endorse vendors and service providers or their products and services
  • Wireless Intelligence's research is completely independent
  • Wireless Intelligence's consulting is completely independent
  • Wireless Intelligence's staff are completely independent
  • Wireless Intelligence is completely independent

We implement the charter in a transparent way. Customers, and other parties with whom we have a relationship, may seek further clarification in appropriate situations.
